Items purchased after February 13, 2026 are final sale. Returns of items purchased prior to this date will be accepted until February 28, 2026.

RETURNS FOR PERSONAL PURCHASES

If you wish to send an item back to us, you need to arrange the return yourself. Please be certain that you enclose your name and address and that the goods are sent via a reputable, trackable method, with the exception of sale items which are non-returnable.

Please ensure to email sales.na@gabiano.com to advise your intention to return any goods prior to shipping, and then send us the tracking number once it has shipped.

Items being returned must be wrapped in a protective wrapper e.g. bubble-wrap or similar, prior to being placed inside the packaging. Please ensure the packaging is big enough to hold the scarves flat so they are returned in the condition they were received and are not crushed.

Returned goods RECEIVED at the Gabiano distribution centre

• in their original condition
• in their original packaging, and
• in good order and condition

will be refunded the same way in which you paid for the product, except for gift cards for which reimbursements are not possible.
